Return & Exchange

Caststo Inc offers a window to return and exchange your order within 30 days of the date of delivery. We consider the date of delivery the same date as suggested by our carrier partner. You have two ways to start a return or exchange request. 

 

  1. You have the option to request the exchange or return via filling out the return and exchange form. 
  2. You may choose to send an email for the same reason. 

Please note- Any custom size or custom or special requirement order is non returnable and non exchangeable. All sales are final for these types of orders 

Terms and conditions for returning an order. 

You can choose to return of order if the item of your order

  • is delivered damage 
  • Is different from the original order item 
  • Doesn’t fit properly 
  • Doesn't need any more
  • Incompatible
  • Is bought by mistake
  • Doesn’t require anymore.
  • Performance is not up to the mark
  • Or you change your mind

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we reserve the right to check and inspect your claim before we approve it for exchange or return. We may ask you for pictures or other additional information before we approve or reject the request for return or exchange. 

Please note you (customer) must not send any item back for return or exchange to us before we officially approve it. You must receive the official discussion upon acceptance or rejection via our email address info@caststo.com

If approved for exchange or return, and if required by the carrier/logistic partner, the customer is liable to drop the item with the original packaging. You must drop/ship the item within 7 days of you receive the approval for the exchange or return. If delayed, Caststo to reserves the right to reject the exchange or return claim and no refund will be processed. 

If you’re returning the item where Caststo is not at fault, we will charge 20% of the restocking fee and forward and reverse shipping cost from the refund amount. 

In the event where Caststo approve the return or exchange and customer is not at fault for the return or exchange, we will send a prepaid label to customer for return, or we may ask customer to ship it back to us; we will refund the original shipping value or Maximum CAD $20, whichever is lower. Customer has to present the shipping invoice to us to claim the shipping amount within 7 days of shipment. We will only refund the amount in customer original payment method along with order refund. Customer must share a copy of shipping invoice at info@caststo.com

After receiving the item for return or exchange at our location, we reserve the right to check/inspection the item for any damage or wear or tear. If we find that the order is returned for no valid reason or item was used or the original packaging is damaged or the item is no longer sellable condition, we will hold the refund and the entire amount will be deducted for damage or wear and tear. We will deduct the 50 % of the refund amount if we find the original packaging is damaged or we receive the item without original packaging.

In the event, where the customer asks us to ship the item back to him, where the claim is rejected by Caststo, the customer is liable to pay the shipping fee or any other associated fee for this.
