Product Warranty for Vent Cover and Grille

Warranty Coverage: Caststo Inc offers a limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase for our vent cover and grille products. This warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Warranty Limitations: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear.

Maintenance Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your vent cover and grille, please use a cotton cloth or a soft brush for cleaning. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. Additionally, for aesthetic enhancements, the grille or faceplate of the floor register can be repainted using a metal spray paint if a color changed over the time.

Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim for a defect, the customer must provide proof of purchase and notify Caststo Inc within the 12-month warranty period. Contact our customer service department at info@caststo.com to initiate the claims process.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects arising from:

1. Misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
2. Alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Failure to follow the recommended maintenance instructions.

Limitation of Liability: The maximum liability of Caststo Inc under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective vent cover or grille product, as determined by Caststo Inc, free of charge to the original purchaser. Any additional costs, including but not limited to labor, consequential damages, or any other claim or amount regarding but not limited to house or person are expressly excluded from this warranty.
