The Caststo Express 8×10 floor register is a heavy-duty, all-metal vent cover made from solid cast aluminum. It fits a standard 8″ x 10″ duct opening and has a 10″ x 12″ top faceplate with a low profile on the floor. The Express design features clean, linear slots that suit modern and minimalist interiors, and a pre-fitted metal damper lets you control the airflow in each room.

Why cast aluminum?
Standard stamped-steel and plastic registers bend, crack or rust over time. Caststo floor registers are cast from solid aluminum with a 5 mm thick faceplate, so they stay rigid under constant light foot traffic, never rust, and keep looking good for years. The powder-coated finish resists scratches and is easy to wipe clean.
Built-in airflow control
Every register comes with a pre-fitted metal damper. Use the lever to open, partly close or fully shut off the airflow to balance heating and cooling between rooms. If you prefer maximum airflow, the damper can be removed by unscrewing four screws – and reattached at any time.
How to choose the right size
Always order by the duct opening, not the size of your old register. Lift out the old vent and measure the hole in the floor from inside edge to inside edge. If it measures 8″ x 10″, this register is the right fit – the 10″ x 12″ faceplate overlaps the opening by about 1″ on every side.
Installation
No tools or professional help needed. Lift out your old register, make sure the opening is clean, and drop the new Caststo Express register into place. It works with hardwood, tile, laminate and carpet floors.
